- Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining smooth administrative operations.
- Ensuring customer service excellence: Adhering to QNB’s standards for professionalism and operational efficiency.
- Utilizing standard office equipment; Computers, phones, etc., provided;
- Receptionists should be familiar with client’s software system used for visitor management, communication, and other administrative tasks.
- For visitors and staff in each location, collaborating closely with building management, security, and facilities teams.
- Interaction with client’s internal systems: For scheduling, communications, and reporting purposes.
- Being available for replacements as per QNB requirements. Any changes in staffing, working hours, or service levels must be agreed upon in advance.
- Ensuring flexibility in the replacement process to accommodate emergencies or urgent leave situations.
- Must have a bachelors/diploma
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with Banking industry
