Sr Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Overall experience of 8 years and above in a similar responsibility


- Functional Lead on the modules including Core HR 12.2.8, Oracle Time and other custom modules.
- Active member in rollout, enhancements and upgrade projects.
- Responsible for complete Hire to Retire/Fire cycle managed by Oracle
- Responsible for all HR module areas, overseeing Core Business User support
- Responsible for gathering customer requirements and mapping them onto the Oracle applications in the most efficient way
- Liaison with Oracle for upgrades, patches and SR & Exposure and use of all Oracle standard documentation methods as well as Oracle implementation methodologies

Experience and Education:

- Minimum Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in translating Functional specifications into Technical requirements
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow and SOA Suite/Fusion
