- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, including demand forecasting, fleet management, driver behavior analysis, and cost optimization.
- Perform data mining, data analysis, and feature engineering to enhance model accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to integrate ML models into production environments.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models, ensuring reliability and efficiency in production.
- Conduct experiments to validate the effectiveness and accuracy of models and algorithms.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify and solve business challenges through AI and machine learning solutions.
- Document models, methodologies, and outcomes to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay updated on AI and machine learning advancements, and implement new solutions as appropriate.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and processing.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure AI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data manipulation techniques.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
