- Conduct site inspections to verify quality, workmanship, and adherence to specifications.

- Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising functionality or safety.
- Manage and lead a team of MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of MEP systems on large-scale construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure efficient integration of MEP systems.
- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of MEP works.
