Requirement:

- Manage the Chairman’s calendar and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle confidential correspondence and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support executive functions.
- Provide administrative assistance with personal and family-related matters, ensuring privacy and efficiency in handling sensitive tasks
- Skilled in preparing memos, business letters, minutes of meetings, and managing travel arrangements.

Experience and Education:

- Proven experience in an executive support role, ideally supporting mid to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Willingness to work in a split-shift schedule.
