Business Development Associate

Requirement:

- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, networking, and online channels.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings or discovery calls.
- Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Track and report sales metrics and client interactions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and outsourcing teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Act as a liaison between clients and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
- Assist in responding to tenders and RFPs relevant to manpower, PRO, and outsourcing services.

Experience and Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for growth and learning.
- Experience in the outsourcing, recruitment, or HR services industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the Outsourcing/Manpower activities is a must.
- Bilingual – Arabic and English speaker.
- Working knowledge of local labor laws and manpower regulations in Qatar is an advantage.
