Health Information Clerk

Exp: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Requirement:

- Comply with PHCC’s confidentiality, security and privacy policy and procedures
- Scanning of Paper records into clinical information system
- Maintain downtime forms and assist in downtime file management and perform recovery registration
- Retrieves inactive records from the offsite storage on request
- Coordinate/provide release of information services to patients and patients’ authorized representatives
- Assist in patient portal/family medicine enrollment
- Provides photocopies paper medical records/ prints copies of electronic medical records as directed.
- Demonstrating customer focus when interacting with internal or external customers

Experience and Education:

- Professional Diploma in a related stream, Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant stream is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
