* Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Prepare baseline programs, look‐ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports.
* Track and monitor progress of marine civil works such as quay walls, jetties, and pile foundations.
* Analyze critical paths, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
* Prepare delay analysis and EOT claims as per contract requirements.
* Coordinate with site execution, engineering, and procurement teams.
* Attend project review meetings with Qatar Energy and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy project planning and reporting procedures.
* Provide regular updates to project management and client representatives.
* Must have hands‐on experience in Qatar Energy projects or similar oil & gas marine area
- 5–7 years of planning experience in marine civil construction projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction sequences, resource planning, and cost loading.
- Knowledge of Qatar local construction regulations and marine working conditions.
