- Back end support for BPO
- Documentation and filing experience is a must
- Prior experience with tenders would be an added advantage
- Supplier registration and update for existing
- Recruitment (If needed as there are times that there's so much requirements from different partners and tenders)
- Preparation of proposal (MSA, commercials, etc)
- Preparation of Tender documents
- Updating of BPO reports and ppt
- Must have advance skills in MS Office
- Candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelors in Business Administration preferred
- Receptionist experience is preferred
