Building Manager

Minimum 7 years of similar role experience

Requirement:

- Manage client's project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure timely decisions, budget adherence, and project delivery.
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates.
- Oversee daily client interactions for satisfaction and alignment.
- Supervise Consultants and Contractors for timely and compliant site execution.
- Implement project management tools: org charts, schedules, material lists, logs, safety plans.
- Ensure processes for material approvals, design reviews, shop drawings, and quality control.
- Supervise technical design development.
- Escalate key issues and ensure timely consultant responses.
- Review technical and monthly reports for compliance and accuracy.
- Submit monthly/interim progress reports.
- Draft technical documents, cost estimates, and variation/work orders.
- Liaise with client departments and subsidiaries for project data.
- Monitor adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Execute project plans within approved budgets.
- Set and manage individual performance targets.
- Submit comprehensive reports and recommendations.

Experience and Education:

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (mandatory), Master’s preferred.
- 7–10 years in construction, project management, and development.
- Experience with international companies.
- Construction industry knowledge, quality focus, multilingual communication,
and project management tool proficiency.
