- Lead and manage a team of Project Manager and developers
- Oversee system architecture, design, and scalability
- Define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Review and approve code, ensuring best practices and quality standards
- Implement and monitor DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security practices
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security
- Conduct regular sprint reviews, stand-ups, and technical discussions
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders and management
- Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and output
- Ensure timely delivery of all technical milestones
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services
- Proven expertise in Flutter development
- Solid background in DevOps (CI/CD, security, deployments)
- Experience with system architecture and scalable applications
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and database management Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
- At least 2+ years in a Tech Lead / Senior role
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
- Working Mode: Remote / Hybrid (within Doha, to be finalized)
