Tender Sales Coordinator

Exp: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the technology industry, preferably with an IT or ELV background.
- Knowledge in ELV / tech products such as CCTV, Access controls, servers, etc
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM & ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Education:

- Assist sales team members in daily activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communication with clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts across various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of services.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
- Prepare and distribute sales contracts, tender submissions, proposals, and invoices as needed. LPO, quotation.
-Assist in compiling sales data and generating reports for management review.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for sales team members.
- Organize and maintain sales documentation and files in an orderly manner.
